You’ll find that a Brookstone condominium has all the features that you want in a home. These are large condo units. Bath tubs and surrounds are standard in all units. The second bath of each unit has a walk-in shower. There is plenty of space in the dining area. The master bedroom has room to spare and will accommodate a king-size bed. Ample dining room space is included in each condo. Brookstone kitchens feature oak cabinets and deep bowl sinks for your convenience. Each Brookstone unit includes a full size stack laundry, wash tub, and 40 gallon water heater.

Our complex is ownership oriented. However, we do offer a a limited number of units for rent starting at $1,200.00.
We also have resale units available.
Prices for resale units are set by the current owner and can range from $98,000.00 and Up.
